The development cycle we use is the the agile development cycle.

We repeat the cycle to develop that most appropriate so that the most appropriate solution is developed for you.

The consultation will happen as soon as the date and time has been booked. Followed by scheduled meetings and follow-ups as the project progresses.

This will depend on the scope and size of the project. For rapid project completion the price will be higher.

This will result in slower development. As feedback is used to make changes as quickly as possible. A change that is decided on later due to late feedback could result in additional charges.

We will need feedback, change requests and time for meetings to discuss the progress, changes and suitability of the the solution throughout the development process.

Development

Hardware sales are paid upfront before the order is placed with our suppliers. Regards less of returning customers payment plans.

The service fee is payable upfront for the fixed term contract. A cancelation fee is charged for early termination of the contract based on the time remaining and the total cost of the service contract.

The service fee is paid upfront and the software fee is paid monthly. This is in the event of non-payment the software license can be revoked until payment has been made. 

We provide a service where we can design and implement the IT infrastructure for an office based on the requirements of the business. 

We are able to partner with other companies to ensure that services we don’t provide are provided at a reasonable cost and at a high standard. We will find the best partner to provide the service to you and ensure that they are performing to your standards.

We provide IT services for non-commercial clients as well. These services include tech support and managed IT services that we provide to businesses.
